• Account details you provide (name, email, phone, password hash).
• Order and payment metadata. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Hair and saliva samples and related scan files you or our team upload so we can complete your wellness scan and report.
• Optional records you add to your portal (for example wearable exports or documents you choose to share).
• Basic site analytics such as pages viewed.

How we use it

We use this information to process Stripe checkout, fulfill your scan, create your wellness report, operate your client dashboard, send transactional email or text, and improve the site. Samples and scan files are used for your wellness scan and report — not to sell a medical diagnosis.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the business (Stripe for payments; hosting and email/SMS vendors). We do not sell your personal information.
