How to export your records

Root Cause never asks for MyChart, Labcorp, or Quest passwords. Sign in on their site or app, download the file to your device, then upload it here or on your dashboard.

Privacy: Files you upload are used only for educational wellness analysis with your hair + saliva scan. They are not a medical diagnosis.

MyChart

Open your clinic’s MyChart website or the MyChart app and sign in there.
Go to the menu and look for Medical Records, Visits, Test Results, or Health Summary.
Open the visit summary, lab result, or imaging report you want.
Use Download, Print, or Share / Print to PDF and save the file on your phone or computer.
Return to Health records or your dashboard and upload that file. Do not send your MyChart password.

Menu names vary by clinic. If you cannot find a download button, use the portal’s print option and choose “Save as PDF.”

Labcorp

Sign in at the Labcorp Patient website or app (patient.labcorp.com or the Labcorp Patient app).
Open Results.
Select a result and download or print it to PDF.
Upload the saved PDF under Lab PDFs / blood work. We do not accept your Labcorp password.

Quest

Sign in at MyQuest (myquest.questdiagnostics.com or the MyQuest app).
Open Results or My Results.
Download the result PDF (or print to PDF).
Upload that file here. We do not accept your Quest password.

Wearable exports (optional)

Apple Health: Health app → your profile picture → Export All Health Data. Wait for the ZIP, then upload it.
Fitbit: Fitbit account / data settings → export or download your data, then upload the ZIP or CSV.
Garmin: Garmin Connect (web or app) → export or download activity / health data, then upload the file.
