Use the instructions in your portal. Take hair from a clean, product-light area and collect saliva as directed. Do not send extra items that are not requested. Keep samples labeled with the name that matches your order.
Shipping your samples: Optional prepaid collection kit — $15. Or mail free in a regular envelope with a postage stamp. For the fastest turnaround, overnight the envelope to the collection site.
Standard letter mail is free: put your samples in a regular envelope, add a postage stamp, and mail them. You do not pay the $15. The $15 is only for the optional prepaid collection kit / convenience.
Typical reporting time starts when samples arrive — not on the day you check out. The collection-site address is in your post-purchase email and in the instructions page after you log in.
When processing finishes, the prioritized wellness report appears in your client portal. You can read it there and download a PDF when that option is available.
